Dr. Carroll is great

Not the care provider but the system itself. Trying to get an appointment is next to impossible if you call in. I waited on hold for 39 minutes to try to make an appointment. I finally emailed Dr Carroll and his nurse made an appointment for me. Dr Carroll's staff is great but the Harbin system is terribly bad!!!'

Dr Carroll and the NPs in this facility are great. I appreciate being a patient there.

He would listen and answer my questions and concerns in answers you can understand instead of medical terms nobody can understand. And discuss any issues that I brought up

John-Scott Carroll is hands down, the best family practice doctor I've ever seen. Smart, thorough, compassionate, and just a great guy! I can't thank him enough for how much he has helped me through a pretty tough medical situation. He is the type of doctor that everyone wishes they had. Quite simply the best!!!!
