Dr Carroll is a excellent doctor and cares about my health and well-being

I feel like Dr Carroll and his nurses are concerned about my health & well being. He listens to my concerns and includes me in my health decisions. I am very pleased with the care I receive.

Dr prescribed some meds. But again the office hasn't called the meds into the pharmacy yet. Which I do not believe to be the drs fault but the staff as I've had problems in the past

This is not about the provider. Phone system does not work. Very difficult to call office and have someone answer. This is something that should be improved
