I received excellent care from Dr Carroll and his staff but have a comment on the facility: the toilet in the upstairs public restroom near the family practice office was broken and running, and there was a big chunk broken out of the ceramic toilet cap which looked gross and it looked like water or something had splashed out onto the outside of the toilet. VERY yucky ! Thanks.

Not the care provider but the system itself. Trying to get an appointment is next to impossible if you call in. I waited on hold for 39 minutes to try to make an appointment. I finally emailed Dr Carroll and his nurse made an appointment for me. Dr Carroll's staff is great but the Harbin system is terribly bad!!!'
