Lacking in communication from Doctor's nursing staff after having requesting call back. I realize communication via cell phones is for convenience but not for the patient. I have even called to request a call from Doctors office to pharmacy to prompt a response in order to validate prescriptions. Recently, I requested a call back only to receive text to only give me an option to Cancel an appointment to prevent double scheduling the same procedure twice. Not even certain the cost involved in procedure. Please receive in same spirit in which this is given. Not criticizing anyone In particular, but hopefully to become MORE understanding about specific situations that need mutual communications and understanding .
Great doctor. He absolutely cares for his patients. He's deserving of any blessing he might be in need of as he shows care and concern with the needs of those who come to see him.

I'm really happy with Dr. Carroll and the family medicine practice. The transition to Atrium, however, leaves a lot to be desired.
