Dr Carroll is one of the best Dr's we have ever had at Harbin. He listens to our health issue not only as individuals but how they affect us as a family. My husband has stage 4 Cancer.

Great experience, that is why I changed providers to Dr. Scott in the 1st place as he is my elderly mothers Dr. and I appreciated the great care he gave her. Plus, I realized the care I was not getting at mine and my husbands provider, so we both switched and have not regretted it one bit.
