Everything is great except the phone system needs to be fixed

We are real happy with his care. My A1C is better. Ckd is better. Hopefully soon I won't have to use the insulin.

Dr Carroll is amazing.

The check in process was painful. I Stood for 7 minutes while clerk played on her computer not waiting on anyone. Harbin clerical including new computer programs and some office staff can use upgrading. The gentleman who gives appointments at the office appearance and mannerisms does not convey the feeling of quality service is available here. Your billing information is not available on computer to office staff. The Doctor is great however harbin appears to be going downhill since joining atrium.

I'm very comfortable with my provider.
