Mrs Lawrence is awesome and the receptionist is awesome as well they are no problem with them.thier awesome.

All the staff were great in person. But, I could not get an answer on the phone to make the appointment. After waiting on hold 6 times for about 10 minutes each, I drove over to the office to make the appointment. So I had to drive over there twice.

Excellent stress free appointment! Nurses were really nice. I felt very comfortable asking questions. I was also thrilled with suggestions the Dr. gave me to help keep my ears healthy.

She was professional, seemed to have the experience to address my problems, and had excellent interpersonal skills. I feel confident she will be able to help reduce my sinus pressure.
