Although I was unfamiliar with the treating clinician's background nor depth, I was impressed by the treating clinician's attentive approach and valuable insights. They prioritized investigating the root cause over symptomatic treatment, demonstrating a high standard of care. Greatly pleased, and this type of engagement recommends me of the Mayo Clinic best practices.

PA was as helpful and knowledgeable as I needed. The nurse very friendly and made me feel at ease.
