Love Dr. Hiser but wait time once you get to the office could be improved.
My appointment was at 9:10 am and the Doctor didn't see me until 10:15 am . I feel that the office continues to over book as this happened last visit as well.
I have been seeing Dr. Hiser for quite a few years now and he has been our family doctor. I am very comfortable talking to him about any concerns, and the nurses, technicians and staff are great too.
Dr HISER is an exceptional doctor. He takes the time to explain and make sure I am comfortable with my treatment plan. However I am not a fan of the new Atrium system. It is very intrusive and very confusing.
Very confident in Dr Hiser's decisions regarding my health. He is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns.
