Dr. Hiser is very professional and is the most knowledgeable health care professional I have ever met with.

Dr Hiser is thorough and he listens carefully while also explaining things well. He never makes the appointment seem rushed and he communicates well.

I waited 1& half hours for the Dr. to come in!! I understand & appreciate the care ,explanations he might be giving a patient BUT if he had an emergency, someone should have asked me if I wanted to wait or reschedule. I honestly thought I was forgotten! Appointments need to be scheduled 30 minutes apart not 10 - 15. That way it won't rush the Dr. with his current patient. And the next one won't wait an eternity.

I have trust in my doctor to make sure I get the best care.
