Always able to get to the doc at the appointment time !! Some offices you can wait for a long time (30 + minutes) before even being called !

I have been going to this office for years and Dr Gonsalves and his staff are always friendly and helpful with whatever is going on with my health.

The phone system is horrible. Cannot get thru to make an appointment. Have to wait on hold forever and still cannot get an answer. There is no need to stay on hold listening to commercials in Charlotte. Have to go to the office to make an appointment.
