The front desk provider has always been friendly and affecient. I love Dr Gonsalves and him really making me feel like his most important patient. He has that quality of being a great physician and you of importance. I appreciate my whole time at his office.

My provider and his office are awesome. They work with me to help better my overall wellbeing. That being said, the Atrium system of communication is horrible. When I was under Harbin Clinic, I could send messages directly to my doctor and he would respond. With your message page I have no way of connecting directly with my doctor or calling them directly. This is very displeasing and a burden on patients to get the help and response we need.

Dr. Gonsalves always acts like I am his only patient. He is always thorough and patient and answers all my questions. Great doctor.

I have no issues with the provider and wish this comment to not reflect on him in any way. I dislike very much the pre-screened calls when trying to contact my doctor's office. When I call, I always want someone in their office on the phone, not someone screening from elsewhere determining whether I need an appointment or not. Please consider doing away with this screening of calls!
