The provider was great. The front desk staff could be nicer and seem less annoyed with patients. As they are the fist impression the patient gets.

The wait time is to long if my appointment is at 330 I shouldn't have to wait till 4 to be called back and if people are late they shut have to wait behind other appointments it was almost.430 before doctor came in that's an hour past appointment time. If you expect people on time for their appointment they expect to be handled on time
The office treated me with respect and listened to me. I felt very satisfied with my treatment by office staff, nurse and Doctors. I appreciate their treatment!

I finally felt understood. Dr Beauchamp completely understood what I was talking about and gave me options for my issue.
My visit was a follow up from I was seen in ER. I was able to make a follow up appointment without any problem. The wait at the follow up appointment was long. I had to wait long time to see provider after when I was directed to a room to be seen provider. When she arrived to my room she appologized for our long wait to see her. She explained she was on call to ER past weekend and she was getting to get caught up. Was satisfied with my appointment.
