Dr Barfield not only listens but also hears what I say. Her solutions allow me to choose how to address any issues. I do not like just taking a pill if there is something I can change in my lifestyle to address any problems. When I read the notes from my visit I was so impressed that she captured everything we talked about. She takes time to sit and listen and ask me questions to bring out any concerns I have. She is amazing!!!

Dr. Barfield is the most amazing, thoughtful, and caring physician I have ever had. She truly treats you like a person, and not a number and is always familiar with my history before meeting with me. She makes sure to speak in language that I can understand and ensures I understand everything before leaving. SHE IS AWESOME! I have driven over 8 hours for an appointment when I temporarily lived in Virginia.

I felt very cared for + in good hands. She didn't rush me at all. I know she is a very popular + busy physician because it took a while to see her as a new patient, but she made me feel like I was her only patient. Very pleased overall!!!
