The provider seen somewhat defensive. When I ask him some questions, he would only answer them. Once I ask him again and he said I've already answered that. And that struck me as a little bit depensive.

The wait times are normally long. Which I would attribute to over scheduling, not the efficiency of the staff and doctor. Several Harbin doctors offices make your appointments for the future for you and advise a few weeks before without regard for your schedule. Then rescheduling often is required. Wouldn't it be more effective to make the appointment at the time you are checking out?
