The providers are great. The office couldn't get me an appointment for many months out
Waiting time in exam room was excessive. I was early for my appointment and was called back in a timely manner. I waited in the exam room approximately 50 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. This is not the first time it's happened.
Staff & Doctors are easy to talk to and spend time answering questions and discussing issues. I always look forward to seeing the Harbin Clinic Staff and Doctors!!!
Jeff Mcever is who I see so he is very experienced with his craft and I trust his word and decisions about my urology health concerns!Very comfortable at this office to help ease worries we have as human beings.Absolutely top notch professionals and think they deserve a great blessing from our almighty creator!
Providers are great. The only problem is that since bills are to be paid by VA Community Care, Harbin's billing department doesn't submit bills during the time frame of eligibility for treatment coverage with the bills getting se t to me instead.
