Dr. Herren is very attentive, professional and thorough in his mannerisms towards his patients and their medical care. I have great confidence in his care of my eye diseases.

Dr. Herren is tops! However, Harbin Clinic has gone downhill since Atrium bought you out! Supposedly, Harbin would remain totally Harbin Clinic, but Atrium is taking over. Payment receipts now say Atrium . . . appointments now say Atrium . . . phone calls to remind you of appointment now say Atrium . . . In other words, Atrium is gradually eating Harbin's lunch, and not in a good way!

Dr. Herren and all of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful during all of my appointments.
