I was in Healthcare for 46 years, so I know what qualities make an excellent provider. Dr. Herren has all of them! Knowledge and expertise in his field, good communication skills with staff and patients, compassion and empathy, and high ethical standards, to name a few. I always have a positive experience on my visits to Dr. Herren.

I called for an appointment for a possible torn retina and was told I would get a call to schedule an appointment. I did not receive a call. I drove to the office the next day and explained what had happened in regards to not being called. The staff was very understanding and I was able to see Dr. Herren that morning. I appreciated the staff and Dr. Herren. I will recommend him to my friends!!

Waiting time is really long. It's hard on older folks to sit that long. Especially in the second sub waiting area

I am a retired healthcare executive and I know excellent medical care and patient courtesy. Dr. Herren has been my otpthamologist for at least five (5) years. He is well trained as exhibited in the excelent care provided. The entire staff from the medical assistants to the clerical personnel are know their jobs and it isprovided in a most professional manner.

Dr. Herren is very knowledgeable and nice. But way too many appointments are booked at/about the same time. Wait times continues to be horrible.

Dr Herren took the time to explain my options regarding my cataracts. He always listens to my concerns and questions. I consider him to be a fine doctor and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr Herren is a great eye doctor. He has been helping me keep my Sjögrens symptoms under control with my eyes. If I have any issues at all I just contact the office and they respond right away. I would definitely recommend him.
