The care providers were excellent, the receptionist, nurse, student and doctor were wonderful.

Dr Hale explained my daddy's situation with his Alzheimer's to where I could understand it. He was very patient and kind, and also included my Daddy in his conversation with a family . My family appreciates all the hard work. He has done for my dad and keeping us informed and explaining things and helping us with his care. Thank you so much

Need more appointments which require more staff

Dr. Hale definitely shows that he cares about the patient and is thoughtful about treatment plans. Unfortunately it took the doctor's personal involvement to be able to schedule the necessary appointment.
