I don't think the first question reflected whether the appointment was started in a timely manner. Yes we got an appointment quickly, but as to being seen in a timely manner that was a different story. Our appointment was for 11:20 but we weren't seen until after 12 or 12:10. Additionally, an appointment was changed to a time that was absolutely unacceptable without my knowledge. Dr. Hale is good but we always have to wait along time to be seen.

David Hale is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever had. He listens, asks appropriate questions, and helps lead me in the right direction for my health.

Dr Hale has been seeing me for a while and it's really nice to have a doctor who takes the time to listen to me and talk about my life and feelings. He is so courteous and comfortable and so caring for me and I'm sure he treats all of his patients the same way. He's the kind of person that anyone can trust and have respect for him, he's not only a good person but he's also a great doctor and friend.

Dr Hale is amazing he spends time with his patience and makes them feel like they are being heard, which is very important in the healthcare field today, many providers hurry in and hurry out, which makes the patients feel like they're not being heard or seen
