I had to be rescheduled because he was not available for the appointment I had planned for previously. This was somewhat inconvenient for me and my husband because I don't drive anymore and I didn't have much choice when I was notified of the need to reschedule. Otherwise it was a very good experience.
The staff here is almost beyond excellent! Efficient, courteous, LISTENERS, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate . I would leave out 'almost', but only Jesus meets that criteria.

The assistant did not seem to like people. She was efficient but did nothing to put me at ease or support a patient/caregiver relationship. The experience left me feeling confused. The physician is fine, brief, to the point which is fine. I just came away wondering if I need to find another provider.
