I was placed in a waiting room after having a couple of tests. 45 minutes later I received a call from the office asking if I had checked in yet. They apparently lost me, as folks who came to the waiting room after me were called but not me. They did apologize for keeping me waiting.

Everyone displayed care and concern for the issues I had. Staff very friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Dr. Carter did an excellent job of explaining what had happened to cause my eye issue and what to do should it happen again. Very satisfied with the professionalism of the entire office. Great place. I highly recommend.
Felt like Dr. Carter could have done a more thorough eye exam. Maybe it will be done at the next visit.

The provider was nice. The facility however is very dated and dingy.
