I've only had one office visit with this doctor and the service has not been administered yet. What has been done so far was done speedily, efficiently, professionally.
Dr. Klasson was thorough, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. He explained everything clearly, including the plan of action and why each test was ordered, which made me feel informed and confident in my care. Follow-up was prompt and well communicated. I greatly appreciated the time he took and the level of care provided. Props to the whole team. Good experience all around; which makes a difference when you are feeling bad.
