I was asked to come in early, then waited 35 minutes to see the doctor.

Dr Hiser is excellent in making me healthy again. Staff excellent to. But new Atrium set up Patient needs help...very difficult

I have no issues with my doctor. I have a problem with the fact that the office calls/labs cost more now that Atrium has taken over. It seems it's more about the money than the care. And the portal is NOT user friendly. I can't even get my meds filled in a timely manner.

Great Doc and staff. Only Negative, we spent a long time in waiting room and exam room before we saw the doc.
