Dr. Hiser has been primary care to my wife and myself for about 25 years. He is truly exceptional as a Dr. with an outstanding "bedside manner". He listens, is approachable and realistic with recommendations. The assistant during this visit was friendly and thorough. She paid close attention to my chart and interacted with Dr. Hiser pointing out her observations of my history. I am hopeful she will be involved with my future visits. I have confidence that she is involved and not just "checking off the list"
