I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Puckett. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is so easy to talk to.
The new telephone system is the absolute worst that I have ever encountered Because of several issues we were going to be a few minutes late for our appt. I wanted to call the office but didn't understand the prompts. I had to restart the process and I could have either left a message or talked with a healthcare worker. The message that I got told me that I would be on hold for a lengthy time because there was 56 people ahead of me. I couldn't just leave a message because it automatically put me on hold. The messaging system for the office (while it was with Harbin) would have allowed me to simply press a number button and leave a message. This is twice that I have encountered this ABSOLUTELY ridiculous system. I had rather have a tooth pulled than call the office again. My doctor is wonderful and I won't change even though this phone system is screwed up!
I'm fairly healthy so I'm only going for annual routine physical visits. As such, my interaction with the office is typically once a year unless some issue arises. I feel that this care provider would be there for me should there be any reason for me to call on them. My current level of interaction with them is perfectly satisfactory for me.

Dr Robert Puckett has been my PCP for many years and I've always been completely satisfied with the quality of the care that I have received from him and his staff.
When giving back your test results I have no idea what any of that means. It would be nice if you broke it down. Like if your abc is high it's your blood we are talking about or if your ghi is low it's your sugar levels. Some thing like that
Always take his time to listen to my concern and explains in wording that i can understand.
Always a positive experience , a blessing to have a doctor like Dr. PUCKETT
