A good doctor that listens and did not rush. Was seen at appointment time.

Far too long a wait between appointment time, 10:30, and being seen, 12:15.

My visit with my PCP was great, as for the EPIC system it definitely needs to be better. Even after I went online and entered my information some of it was still not there, some things were missing re prescriptions. Therefore it took my PCP longer to get everything up to date. This leaves my PCP frustrated and myself as well, in order to get me in and out in an allotted time. Maybe whoever programed this system should sit in the doctors office for a day and see how this system needs to work better than it is. I worked in several hospitals and have never seen a system that was made so complicated as this one.

Very responsive to my questions. Very helpful staff. Very prompt in getting me back for my appointment.
