My provider actually gave me a new outlook in life. I've had 3 different doctors tell me something different and my provider at the Harben clinic actually did what was needed to be done. Thank you!
I truly enjoyed speaking with the Dr Walter's, she was helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel heard and comfortable.
I knew I would like her cause I read her reviews. And I also read what she had to say about herself. Her bedside manners were perfect. She made me feel very comfortable and told me everything she was doing and why. Going to the Gynecologist is something women don't want to do but know we need to so having a doctor like Dr. Walters was great. Never nervous at all. Thank you I will recommend you.
When my post op appointment was first made, it was at a time I could not come and asked for an earlier appointment or even a different day. I asked for something between 8am and 10am. The individual emailed me back with 10:20 and I said no that is after 10. Finally my appointment was for 9:50, not much better. I came to the office and was on time. They did a pin prick to check my iron, back to the waiting room and shortly called back to a room. I waited for about a half hour stuck my head out, and the nurse said she should be with me shortly. I waited another 25 minutes before she came. All together 55 minutes. I'm sorry that was unacceptable. Since everything did come out fine, my doctor could of sent me a message through the portal. She did apologized and explained that she likes to see her patients in person which I understand but if the day was that busy I would of gladly waited another day. Also, the reason I was wanting a early appointment was because my husband and I were getting ready to leave for the airport. Lesson learn, If I can't have an early morning I will wait until the time is available even if it is further out. I am not upset with my doctor, I think she is great. I do question the management team.

I cried after I met with my new gyn, Dr. Patricia Walters, because it had been years since any physician took the time to be that kind to me AND address all my concerns. She offered evidence based studies to offer a positive take to the negative ones I mentioned. She did not make me feel small or ridiculous when I presented any of my concerns. Words can't express my gratitude. I am so grateful to have found Harbin Clinic and especially Dr. Walters. (And the staff were all so genuinely nice and helpful.) Thank you!!
