This visit the front desk and the lab personnel were not as nice as in previous visits...not the same people as in the previous visits.

Appointment was cancelled due to a mixup in the office-I was told I had to have a PET scan before my appointment and since it wasn't done my appointment was cancelled at 8:30 prior to my appointment scheduled appointment at 11. When I called back a few days later to follow up, I was told it was a mistake and the appt was rescheduled promptly for the following week. When I arrived, I only waited 5 minutes then was seen very quickly. Dr. Dillmon was very well versed in my care and was aware of my physicians change. She made me feel at ease and confident that she knew my care plan. Thank you Dr. Dillmon!
