Love Dr. Howard, they were installing a new computer system, I had filled out everything online, no mention of that. Seemed unorganized in the office. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to actually see Dr. I understand that new technology can be difficult, but maybe schedule fewer patients on each day until you work through the entire patient log.
