Since the merge with Atrium, the waiting room time is extremely long, upto an hour or more. You can see the stress the employees are experiencing. It is very difficult for the seniors who have visits that depend on caregivers to get them to an appointment. Some are family members or friends take care to get this. They need to get back to work or to school to pick up a child.
