The transition to EPIC was not good. All of my previous chart information vanished. Plus the patient portal still does not function.
Dr. Raymond is the best. She takes time to really listen and will answer any questions that I have. Her care and concern for me during the illness and lost of my husband surpassed anything that I could have imagined. She is a treasure and she's my primary care physician. Thank you, Dr. Raymond
I am shocked and saddened that my physician is no longer going to be "allowed" to provide hormone replacement pellets. Once again no one cares about women's health care needs. Maybe we should start castrating men around the age of oh 40-50 and tell them they can't have hormone replacement therapy unless women are offered the same. Bet things change quickly then. Hopefully my daughter will never have HR withheld from her. Someone has to care about women's health. PS My health care provider is excellent, listens and cares. Do better Harbin/Atrium
While I'm very happy with Dr Raymond, I am considering switching providers because I do not appreciate being asked to prepay for services not yet rendered two months in advance. And to the extent those unearned fees are prepaid into an operating account rather than than held in escrow, I don't see how it is ethical to do so. As an attorney, I cannot use a retainer until I have earned it and any interest on funds in escrow must go to legal services for the indigent. If the funds are held in escrow and any interest used for indigent medical services, please provide evidence of that. Otherwise I think I'll find a more ethical provider.

She is such a Great listner. She always answers all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about my medicines and any health problems I have.
Dr Raymond and her staff are our favorite medical providers. They respond promptly to requests for information and Dr Raymond always takes the time needed during appointments to ensure all of our concerns have been addressed.
