Dr. Carroll is very good, friendly, and professional. Fell very confident in his care. Have used Harbin for over 20 years and trust in the care their doctors provide.

This office has had phone problems for the last 6 to 7 months to where I cannot get a hold of anybody in the office. All I get is a recording. I called once and let the phone down for two hours stating your health is important to us we care about you and your health Over and over and over again. You need to fix your phone lines before you lose all your customers if it wasn't for Dr. Scott Carroll and his staff, I would've been gone already but your phone system and the people that are responsible for operating it properly or I should say repairing it properly Don't care about anything

It is very hard to communicate with Dr Carroll and his team by email. The responses to my emails are greatly delayed or there is no response at all. He needs help with the email and phone communication.
