It was impossible to get connected to anyone who worked in Dr. Carroll office. I used to be able to call and speak directly with someone INSIDE the office to schedule an appointment or handle a unique situation. The office is empty now. It looks cold and unwelcoming when I walked in. It used to be so full of character. Now just bare walls and empty desks.

Dr John-Scott Carroll is the best family care doctor that I have ever had! He cares! I will not see anyone else, not even a np or pa!
