You wait in the waiting room forever, then once you get into your room and the nurse/dr sees you, your rushed out of the office to pay for the visit.
Jennifer McDonald and all the staff are amazing.
She listened to everything I had to say and took me seriously even though the symptoms I'm experiencing isn't common in individuals of my age. She said she was going to start with some test and figure out what's causing my symptoms. A care provider making a patient feel heard and seen is a part of patient care that many lack these days, but she shown me that it still exists and I can trust her with my healthcare.
Jennifer solved a problem that I needed to know. She was great and I'm so grateful to her. Can't say enough good things about her, she's the BEST!
