Answered my questions without making me feel rushed.

I understand that more providers are needed for urology. There is usually a long wait to get an appt & at an appt usually 30-60 minute wait to be seen. The rooms are too small- only one chair- sitting on a table that long is too uncomfortable so the person accompanying the patient if they chose the lone chair must stand or sit on the rolling stool. The lone chair does not have arms- your patients are elderly and weak and need arms to push up on. Mr. Mcever is a great provider but he needs help.

Jeff always takes time to clearly explain and to listen to any questions or concerns that I have. I am very grateful to have him as a health care provider.
