I witnessed a rude person in the waiting room the staff was very nice but I couldn't help but feel sorry for them putting up with such ugly people .

Everyone that I had contact with from the check in desk, nurse, doctor, to the lab and then back to check out was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I'm Japanese and don't understand medical terminology, so I was very worried. However, the clinic provided an online interpreter, so I was able to communicate with the doctor without any problems. I'm very grateful for this kind of service.
