My care provider is very easy to talk too and listens to what the patient has to say. Hes also helpful with any questions or concerns the patient has and goes out of his way to help take care of your needs. Also would like to mention hes very helpful with dealing with insurance coverage.

First time seeing new PCP Dr. Rusiecki. He was very nice, warm, professional and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and comfortable discussing my health and history. Grateful.

The individual doing the scheduling was polite and helpful but had to contact others to actually make an appointment, which too time so she called me back. The process did not seem particularly well thought out. Holy Cow - it's making an appointment. Why is it so complicated?

Getting in touch with office through phone is very frustrating. You can no longer call local Dr. Office, call is routed through a person not on site. I do not like Atrium phone system!
