Attempts to return a phone call to the Cancer Center were unsuccessful. The automated system kept me on hold nearly 20 minutes. When I finally chose the option to leave a message vs. speaking live I was disconnected before I could leave the message. I recommend staffing a live operator in conjunction with the automated system.
