Harbin Orthopedics is a super organized office. I checked in and paid my co-pay the night before my appointment. When I arrived, I was sent straight back to X ray and seen almost immediately. When I finished, I was called almost immediately back to an examination room. Emily arrived shortly and introduced herself. She had looked at my X rays and asked many questions. She offered to set up physical therapy or gave me the option of doing it myself at home since I had already began doing that and had seen positive progress. She also told me that if I had any other issues to let her know. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I left feeling that my knees were not a problem and that strengthening my leg muscles would be the answer.

Very punctual. Atmosphere was friendly and she listened to the symptoms and discussed the problems and the next step if the treatment did not help. We love this office and the Dr's we see!
