The office staff of Dr. Bhatt is very helpful , but Atrium Healths billing is very lacking . I showed up to my appointment and they said I owed 155 dollars and I have been paying 40 dollar. Copay forever they said the billing department is still in the process of switching over from Harbin to Atrium. Several other patient had the same problem when checking in . One patient even left frustrated. Having an appointment to see a heart dr is not the place to be frustrated about a billing process.

Dr. Bhatt and his staff are top notch! Always willing to spend more time with you if needed to answer questions and talk about what is needed for my AFib etc!

I've been seeing Dr Bhatt for almost 10 years. I have faith in him advising me what I need to do.

Appointment times are not honored regularly by this practice resulting in hour+ waits to then only see the doctor for a few minutes.

Wonderful and I'm thankful for the staff and Doctors there. They care for their patients
