Great Doctor. Took time at the visit to explain and answer all our questions.
I was given an appointment to return that was absolutety unneccessary. It was a wasted trip.

I feel that doctors become a bit cocky in their ability to treat patients and can come off as such. Bedside manner is very important and makes the patient feel comfortable and valued. I however, did not. Im pretty sure Dr Hirsh is a good dr... just wish he and others would have respectful conversations to the people that need them. Become human again...

The reception staff were arguing among themselves when I arrived at the desk and continued to do so for a full minute before acknowledging my arrival. It was very unprofessional of them and awkward for me.
