Paid attention to customers

Great doctor and support staff, but 2+ hours to get through a routine yearly checkup is way too long. My time is also valuable, and spending most of that 2+ hours in a noisy, cramped waiting area is inconsiderate of your patients.

Everybody I had contact with was very nice and efficient.
