I like my doctor slot but I Do Not care for the new way to confirm appts. It is lime doing a book every time . Can you not make it easier to confirm without all the questions ?

I have confidence in Dr Baggett. He is compassionate yet professional. At no fault of his I have had a difficult time,getting perscriptions refilled. Pharmacy reaches out and they also have a difficult time,receiving a response. This problem isn't localized to cardiologist nor one pharmacy. Possibly your system,or lack of an employee thoroughness?
