I was not greeted at the front desk. I entered the area via the elevator door. I stood back a respectful distance as there was an elder gentleman being helped. It took 3-4 minutes. I was never acknowledged. ? Then another woman took her window, but a man entered from the lower doors and went right up to her and she helped him. Finally, a woman at the far end called out to me (I didn't know she was there) but her card pymt reader was not set up, it took another couple minutes waiting. I didn't care for your front office crew. Lots of workers but no 'Hello's'.
