Dr. Carter and the staff were professional and friendly, explaining every step of the appointment. Dr. Carter listened to my problem and had suggestions to help. I am very pleased with the service and medial help I received.

The eye technician went through the exam a bit too fast for me. During the exam where you are asked to choose the best lens i.e. option one or option two , she flipped through the options too fast for my eyes to really get a good read. I had to ask her to go back and flip through the options several times . she was pleasant though.

Dr. Carter is excellent. He's attentive and very knowledgeable in his profession and treats his patients with care and communicates very well and is very friendly. I highly recommend his services.

The Provider is great here! It's just ashamed that they are changing to Atrium. I don't like anything Atrium. Their billing activities are very suspect to where when I go see my PCP I need to record our conversations. Loved Harbin. Time will tell if Atrium ruins this place as well.
