Dr. Reeves is always very helpful. Even when we contact her other than a visit, she doesn't ignore you. That happens way too much with my families doctors. We appreciate Dr. Reeves!

Over all experience with doctor great. However after spending 30 min filling out Questionnaire on the portal including insurance info. I find that frt desk apparently doesn't have that information on her screen. This is not my first time at this facility and I found it irritating

Dr. Reeves is a wonderful care provider. Getting an appointment is not very personal when I go through someone in a different county to schedule. Patients need to speak with someone within the office to make it seem cared for.
Dr Reeves is an exceptional Physician. I've been an RN for over 30 years and I have chronic health issues. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Dr Reeves is more knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and genuinely interested in making a positive difference in her patient's lives than any Doctor I have ever been to or seen in my Nursing practice. I had my parents change their care over to her because I trust her knowledge and judgment more than any others! She sees the person as a whole and not just a disease or a body part. She is the gold standard in Primary Physicians. She is an asset to Atrium Heath and they are most fortunately to have her! I hope she never leaves but if she does, I'll follow her!! Dr Reeves does more for the positive PR of this corporation than any expensive slick ads they may find! I have friends and family who are her patients and everyone says the same things about her. She is a blessing to all of us. Dr Reeves should be Atrium's professional standard example for all Physician hires! Can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Reeves is one of the very few doctors left that actually cares. She listens to your concerns. She still treats you like a patient not another number. She is one of the BEST doctors left in our area.
